Here is a recipe to create a clipping mask in PSE. It can be used with storyboard templates to have whatever color is wanted or digital background paper on the template. I will later add a recipe here for this tutorial in pse 4.0 for mac.

I think some of the best tutorials for using Photoshop Elements are on two peas site. There are many of them and they offer tutorials for all kinds of things you might want to do with your layouts you don’t know how to do. I have been doing them in photoshop elements and making a new recipe for 4.0 in mac. I have found that some of the tutorials are different for mac users. I am in the process of adding those new recipes here for other mac users.
This is how to create “sparkling eyes” for FREE in Adobe Photoshop Elements. It brings out the eyes and makes them “SPARKLE”….I haven’t tried it, but soon I will create a recipe for mac users.
Here is a link for adding a reflection into your pictures in Photoshop Elements. If this makes sense, it will add a reflection at the bottom (or base) of your subject you photographed. Of course, the other way is to buy a piece of plexi glass, but you wouldn’t have to do that with this action in Adobe.
Here is something pretty neat…
Click on the site below and look for Photoshop Elements Comic Effect and you can turn a real photo into a comic/cartoon look. You could use it for an avatar or anything. I might have to try that one!
I recently found something that is great for downloading brushes to add to pictures. I used it to make pictures look like they had pixie dust and pixies in the picutres in the enchanted forest. I thought I would share this. Then I created a midnight glow to the pictures using Photoshop Elements by a series of actions.
I found out that Memory Mixer backgrounds, embellishments, stitches, etc can be used in Adobe Photoshop elements 4.0 for mac. That was great news for me. Finding out that they can be used through PSE made life simple.
I can use PSE 4.0 for photo editing and digital layouts.
I can use any digital kit in PSE 4.0.
I am happy!
